One popular topic of discussion among a lot of people is capital punishment, otherwise known as the death penalty. It's nevertheless something that is practiced in several nations and is broadly accepted by the countrynot everyone is comfortable with it. For centuries we have put people to death for certain crimes, and somehow this tradition has survived throughout the years.

Perhaps not surprising, considering that our natural instincts and tendencies toward revenge against people who wrong us, whether directly or indirectly. Lots of people also believe that the death penalty is wrong a religious level, because after all, we're told that "Thou shalt not kill", and I am sure that the government is no exception.

We've become frighteningly complacent when it comes to the murder of the taxpayers. We've forgotten the true value of human life as a whole, and also distance ourselves from their own values. We justify these actions by phoning it getting even and "an eye for an eye". But when we keep doing this, we depart the whole world blind.

An Argument in Favor of and for More Effective and Efficient Death Penalty

Prosecutors in Texas, Oklahoma and Florida are providing their solutions to seek the death penalty against an 8-year old boy in Arizona accused of two counts of murder. According to their spokesman, "the death penalty would be the greatest deterrent and we want to stop this tendency of kids murdering adults."
