But, there are simple methods that anyone can follow to at least reduce and handle stress. Stress Acceptance.A person must learn that anxiety is part of the everyday life and it cannot be prevented, but can be lowered.

Doing so will enable a person to cope up with it easily. A person must learn to use stress. Sportsperson have been able to accomplish this. Before a competition, athletes feel nervous and it's an indication of stress. By accepting that stress is, but ordinary they learn to handle and cope up with it.
